Shotlog Software Base Packages

License: Software + Installation + Support (1-year contract): 80.000€ + tax


  • 1x Sitewide lifetime license for the Shotlog-Software (you keep the license after the contract expires)
  • 1x Updates and bug fixes for the whole contract period
  • 1x Provision of hardware (4x computers, 1x beamer, network) for one year (stays property of tacdev.eu)
  • 1x Installation on-site world wide (maximum 1 week; also training of operators/IT personnel)
  • 1x Email-Support for the whole duration
  • 1x Telephone support: 12 support cases a year
Note: Failed hard- or software has to be exchanged through email support. This can take up to four weeks based on location and availability.

Extension: Additional 1-year support contract: 50.000€ + tax


  • 1x Updates and bug fixes for the whole contract period
  • 1x Provision of hardware (4x computers, 1x beamer, network) for one year (stays property of tacdev.eu)
  • 1x On-site Maintenance if needed; world wide (maximum 1 week; also training of operators/IT personnel)
  • 1x Email-Support for the whole duration

Software Development

Additional On-Site Development Support Package (2 Weeks): 30.000€ + tax


  • 2 weeks of (continuous) on-site live IT support by 1 senior developer (training, installation, development or running of IT system; average 10 hours a day)
  • Software can be developed and integrated as instructed by the customer
  • During the on-site support period any software or hardware failures will be fixed within 12 hours.

Additional On-Site Development Support Package (4 Weeks): 50.000€ + tax


  • 4 weeks of (continuous) on-site live IT support by 1 senior developer (training, installation, development or running of IT system; average 10 hours a day)
  • Software can be developed and integrated as instructed by the customer
  • During the on-site support period any software or hardware failures will be fixed within 12 hours.

Additional Off-site Development Support Package (2 Weeks): 8.000€ + tax


  • 2 weeks of off-site development support by 1 senior developer (integration, development; 10 hours a day)
  • Time needed to complete feature or change will be estimated beforehand based on complexity.

Additional Off-site Development Support Package (4 Weeks): 14.000€ + tax


  • 4 weeks of off-site development support by 1 senior developer (integration, development; 10 hours a day)
  • Time needed to complete feature or change will be estimated beforehand based on complexity.

System Operators

Additional On-Site Operator Support Package (2 Weeks): 18.000€ + tax


  • 2 weeks of (continuous) on-site support by 1 experienced operator (running of software; average 10 hours a day)
  • Operators can not develop nor make changes to the software but can solve problems in close contact with the off-site developers.
  • During the on-site support period any software or hardware failures will be fixed within 12 hours.

Additional On-Site Operator Support Package (4 Weeks): 30.000€ + tax


  • 4 weeks of (continuous) on-site support by 1 experienced operator (running of software; average 10 hours a day)
  • Operators can not develop nor make changes to the software but can solve problems in close contact with the off-site developers.
  • During the on-site support period any software or hardware failures will be fixed within 12 hours.

*Exact prices for on-site installation and support will be calculated based on location, local prices for accommodation/living and respective security situation. Locations in Europe will be discounted.
*If customer provides secure accommodation the pricing will be reduced accordingly.
*On-site development support personnel can be used to integrate the shotlog software into an existing system, design features in close collaboration with the customer, train local personnel to operate the system or operate the software during debriefing. They can be used for other assignments within their areas of expertise -as requested by the customer- if cleared by TacDev.eu.
*On-site operators can run the shotlog software, assist the debriefing and maintain the correct function of the hardware and software. They can train existing debriefing operators, but can not train IT personnel or network administrators. They can be used for other assignments within their areas of expertise -as requested by the customer- if cleared by TacDev.eu.
